Yo, as many of you know, Assassinate Darth Vader doesnt't quite work well on a mac (my computer freezes). Barry mentioned that you have to make some changes to the JEDI.LVL file or something like that. I was wondering if that was possible to get it to work.

I haven't tinkered with that level... It might be that the JEDI.LVL might not be written properly for universal use... It might contain stuff that should be there... If you understand how it works, you can simply open it up in a text editor, and remove everything but what's necessary... If I had access to DF at the moment (I'm in the library), I'd show what the JEDI.LVL file could be cut down to...

Well, the jedi.lvl doesn't have the stuff after the title and LEV name that the normal missions do.... mabe add that in?
Also, it might not like the name KILVADER. Rename all of them to SECBASE, and make sure to change the JEDI.LVL and the LEV's header to point tio the SECBASE files...
Try those, I dunno about mac compatibility, these are conjectures.

If it's a problem with a text file between Mac and DOS, then it probably has to do with line breaks.

You know, I thought of that as well. But that's controversial because Stars End has its own name as well. And that one works fine.
