So I fire up wdfuse a week ago and this BEAUTIFUL dramatic scenery just pours out of me. And before you know it I've built the front entrance to a base of some sorts. And before you know it I had a huge idea. And before you know it I'm actually doing a proper level and I'm really excited about it! I think this might actually be my baby, after all this time.
Stay tuned!  You might have something to look forward to in a while!
This shot does NOT do the in game justice. The light sources on either side of the door there are so beautifully done. The light cascades off this little enclosure right behind where the player is standing, shadows a bunch of cargo crates, and reflects off a chain link fence. It's a VERY simple lighting trick using subsectors in a dark setting, but doesn't it just look gorgeous?

Excellent work... Yes, it looks like you've found your knack for visualizing stuff, and putting it down into Dark Forces. Don't worry about some fussy things with a level: just focus on what comes naturally, I think, and THEN think of how it all fits together. Just remember not to go too overboard on what you make, else it'll never make it to see the light of day. 
And yeah, keep us posted! We're still here... Some of us, that is. :p
