It's possible you accidentally turned on the wall flag "cannot walk through wall". Check the flags on the offending wall.
Beyond that I'm useless in this field.

This happens occasionally, and I think is a glitch... As I recall, if you try to enter it, you just get "stuck," rather than pushing and sliding along the sector boundary like you would if it was a wall?
AT THE MOMENT, I can't recall what causes that. Though I do recall that personally, most of the time when it happens I just delete the offending sector and make it over again.

The other thing that can cause this is two overlapping vertices. Cycle through them one by one and see if any are at the same coordinates?

Fenwar is right. Its gotta be some overlapping vertices.

Yeah it sounds like some sort of geometry problem. If you can't figure it out try deleting and remaking the offending sector from scratch. Overlapping verticies is the only thing I can think of that could cause it though.

Yah, I get that when the vertices on a door are not at the same coordinate.
I was editing a level once and I would try to walk throught the door then get stuck. I could teleport into the room, but I could not move at all, not even turn around. I exited DF, looked in the editor and found that either one or both of the vertices for that door were less than 0.5 off from the connecting vertices in the extrusion. I alligned them on the same coord. and that fixed it.
