One good way to show that they are not needed and aren't important, unless he's someone who lives off of one, then he's just a pathetic slob. Personally, I think that's funny as hell

Hah. There was another news article somewhere about this guy in a foreign country who dropped his phone downa dark pit. He told the natives he'd give them US$20 to get it out (or was it 200? Anyways, it was worth a heckuvalot to the natives). So, somewhere from two to four people went down... and never came back. *shudder^

Maybe they found the phone, and were too busy playing games to come back...
..or they realised that the phone was worth more and sold on the Black Market...

If only you guys knew how annoying it is to have a cell phone go off when you're racing three of your cycling buddies at 40-plus MPH in Florida heat. Not fun at all.
