I don't think anyone cares about webrings anymore. I mean, besides you.
Search engines pretty much rendered them obsolete YEARS ago.

Correction: anyone besides whoever added it to http://df-21.net/links/. Although not a dead link as such, it's still basically a link to a short list of dead links, so I'm questioning whether it should be there.
Also, didn't search engines exist before webrings? I could be wrong.

Search engines existed before the Web, innit...
I removed the webring box from the homepage for this very reason. Last time I checked, 4 of the sites on it were still live but this could have gone down again.
Next time I have some spare time I'll have a cleanup of that page. Unless you're volunteering Oosha?
