Yeah thats what I mean. So maybe GL was making something Like Rebel Assault where the story dosent make 100% sence, but the game is just fun to the user. I thought it over all was..."OK"

So last week I bought The Force Unleashed because I found a new copy at Gamecrazy for a great price ($14.99). Despite my initial doubts about the game from mixed reviews, I was actually really impressed with it.

It bridged the two movie trilogies better than I thought it would and tied up some loose ends that seemed to be missing otherwise. The story was just awesome.

I admit that gameplay was incredibly annoying (and even crashed my 360 twice) at times, but that was in the first couple levels where my character wasn't leveled up enough to use pull and throw effectively. Otherwise, lacing combos together and all that along with special finishes to big targets or bosses was fantastic.

This is just too great a deal to pass up (Go to Gamecrazy and not gamestop or whatever retailer you go to for games because they still sell it for $30), so buy it if you haven't already. Even if you disliked the gameplay it's not so bad considering the price. But yeah, aside from the occasional frustrating moments this is the first Star Wars game I've seen and played in a LONG time that felt like it belonged in its universe. I easily rate it 8.5 out of 10.

I just played duel mode for the first time on the Wii. It's basically a fighting game with force powers and lightsabers... I don't really care for fighting games. Sad( Too bad, I was expecting something more FPS-like. Sad( I want online multiplayer Jedi Knight-ing!!!

Ah well. Single player campaign is great fun, even if Wii ports being smaller and less detailed than other ports is starting to get annoying. I understand and even agree with Nintendo's reasonings behind not totally beefing up their consoles, but it's causing these inferior third-party Wii ports which totally sucks for Wii owners.

BTW anyone know what ever happened to Senator Organa? Did he die in the Alderan attack, or was he the dude who greeted Leia when she landed in Yavin in Ep 4?

According to this he was on Alderaan when the Death Star destroyed it.

That's correct. For a while the official Star Wars site had a picture of Alderaan exploding with the caption "Bail Organa in Episode IV". Twisted Evil

In a weird way it actually sounds appropriate.
