So I'm upgrading my laptop to Windows 7 an I may upgrade my iMac's XP partition to 7 too. But before I d that, do most if not all the editors work on 7?

I would be surprised if they didn't. WDFUSE was designed for 95 and works just fine on every Windows edition up to XP AFAIK.
Windows 7 isn't much of a move up from Vista. Anything that runs on Vista should be compatible with 7.
If not, the new "Windows XP Mode" should help with any compatibility issues (you need HW virtualization support in your CPU though).

Well considering that Jedi Knight will work on Vista, I'm pretty sure WDFUSE will too.

As long as you're installing 32-bit Windows you'll have zero problems.

Heh, imagine that. The last time I tried WDFUSE was on Seven build 7127. I'm running RTM now and sure enough, it's working like a champ.

I confirm as well, that WDFUSE perfectly runs under Windows 7.

Windows 7 Professional and higher come with a full install of XP running in Virtual PC, so that's a contingency I guess.

I just got the home premium upgrade. But again, everything appears to run quite well so I'm not too worried about it.
