So, how is everyone's month going, so far? Is anyone looking forward to the holidays? I ask this, because it's the only thing I could think of to keep this forum from growing mold (no one has posted in over a month).

I am definitely anticipating being with my folks the week of Christmas.
Beyond that, I cannot say.

Moved to General Discussion.
Other than that, my month has been really long and tiring. Lots of overtime and getting called in on my days off. I also turn 25 soon...

Keeping my hopes up and my head focused. Trying to get myself a good HD monitor so I can put this one back in the living room. Christmas is gonna be a very busy holiday for me... and I remember how bad theaters get on Christmas hoooowhee

It's actually kind of depressing for me as far as DF goes, because for the past like month I have really wanted to sit down and bust out some work. But real life work has hammered me so much this past few weeks that I've been able to do little of anything accept for work and sleep, with about an hour in between. About the only thing that is keeping me motivated throughout the chaos is the nice fat check I'll be getting next week.

Heh, I've been pretty stressed with the college application process and a huge workload in AP English. Other than that, I've been rethinking the plans I have for my DF level series, but Fallout 3 and Empire at War have kept me away from any actual work
(off topic: have any of you played the "Cube Experimental" mod for Fallout 3?)

I'm really hoping to get myself a nice HD Monitor shortly after christmas, and a new 650 or 850 Watt Power Supply for my computer. Atleast I have 7 now =D so thats a good pick me up.

I'm currently stuck watching some bad movie called Norbit with the family, stressed about the holidays and way behind on preparing for school, but it could be worse.
Haven't been doing much gaming stuff lately, creative or otherwise and; I'd like to, but I find surfing the web more interesting.

Thanks. I think it helped that I didn't give it my full attention; unlike Land of the Lost where I kept a running commentary in Notepad the whole time.
