I truely doubt it.
Lucius (sole author) has gone through periods of quiet before. I'm guessing that something in 'real life' is causing slow downs again.
Lucius is also working on DaggerXL, and possibly other projects, so I would not be too concerned as of yet.

The website in general has been rather quiet lately. I check in from time to time each day to see if anything new was posted, and often times I've seen it empty for up to 2 weeks sometimes.
As far as the project is concerned, I wouldn't find lack of news alarming. Wait for about 3 more months with no word THEN fear death of the project.

According to the DaggerXL blog, Lucius has been having issues with the computer he has been using to develop these projects. I suspect that once the new machine is up and running, things will pick up again.
