What I am supposed to do in the room after you get the antidote where the door is blown up and it says their is a hull breach that you have to close.What am I supposed to do or is it another glitch like in the clone network.If so how can I fix it in step by step directions.If not what was supposed to happen for both the clone network and this level so I can skip and move onto the last mission.

This part has been a problem for me before too. It seems to work sometimes and not work other times, but luckily it's the end of the level. After you seal the breach, the level ends and you continue on in Dark Tide 4.
If you want to try it anyway, you just need to seal the large hangar-like doors where the dark troopers come in and then seal the small red inner doors from the inside. Make sure you actually kill all the DTs too, they may be using the BOSS logic to end the level.

Ok thanks I will have to try it again,and if not I will just move on.Does just end saying mission complete and asks you to hit esc and all that or is their a a cut scene same can be said regarding the clone network mission.I hope it works because after still having trouble get redguard to work I need something to work.

There's no cutscene or anything, the ending is pretty abrupt. So you're not missing anything there. The clone network level, if I remember correctly, also doesn't end in a cutscene -- you just walk back through the facility to the droid control console, activate it, and move on to the droid level.

Thanks for let me know because I glad to know that I am not missing anything story-wise and I can say I beat the level it just didn't recognize it because of a weird glitch I can not explain nor do I know how to fix.The good thing is because I am really in the mood for some DF and the jedi knight series games.At least until I figure out how fix my problem with redguard and beat that then I will be too absorbed with morrowind.As you can guess my gaming plate is really full that's not counting the backlog.

I was sad to find out this didn't work for me either when I played it a few weeks ago. I don't remember this being a a problem. Guess I got lucky maybe when I was testing it.
