1: the fire extinguishers can be blown up. When they do, they'll blow up the wall next to them.
2: On third level, one of the walls behind a fire extinguisher holds vents: one of the vents leads to the elevator shaft
3: If you send the elevator down to ground floor, you can go out another vent to an area behind a chain-link fence. Madine's cousin is there. Once you're done, use a water grate and the carpark to get back into the hotel.

Thanks for the help but when I went through it again and I ended up finding him and beating the level but man was he in hard to figure out place.
