Yeah, I'd actually discovered that m'self when trying to log on to the df-21.org FTP. It shouldn't last for too long but, in the meanwhile, of course, I'll see if I can figure out what's going on.

Oops. Fix link script mb? I don't think it worked that way on the UBB.

This is (I hope) the server move that's been promised since Utaria bought Integrahosting. Unfortunately I haven't yet received word from Utaria about where to point the nameservers; I'll give them a nudge.

OK, the problem is that although I thought I'd transferred the domain registration to a different company, it claims to have never been approved by the administrative contact. Which, of course, was me. And I know for certain I approved it.
This is not nice. I'm going to have to look through my credit card statements to check whether they actually charged me for it, as well. You'd think they'd email, or something?
Anyway, retrying that transfer now.

No luck so far. Unfortunately the df-21.org domain now appears to be in limbo as the registration expired after the failed transfer. I now need an authorisation code to transfer it as it's being "held" somehow but have no idea how to get hold of such a code, even though the domain is registered in my name. But rest assured I'm trying.

OK, looks like things are being sorted. df-21.org will be back online by next week.

... and it won't, because bulkregister won't give us our ball back.
So far they haven't even suggested that I can renew the domain by giving them money. Which is unusual for a company like bulkregister. The fact is, if they'd let me, I'd give them the money.
But they're pantsers.
Going to take the radical and ker-azy step of using df-21.net to host the downloads. Being as there's space. Why didn't anyone think of that before.

I don't think anyone ought of it before because Df-21.org was up and running and probably already had download links on it

Why won't they give the ball back? You could raise a stink with IETF and ICANN.

Perhaps we don't need it that badly.
