I did a search on the web and found some cools applications for macers to edit sound files on a macintosh.
There is SoundApp which converts many different files to a varied few and Brian's Sound Tool 1 which will create VOC files.
I'm gonna make some sound effects tomorrow and see if they work.

I've been having trouble getting Brian's Sound Tool working yet. Interesting note, with DosBox .62, you can use the DOS programs WAV2VOC and VOC2WAV. I first made a sound into unsigned integer 8 bit wav format, 11khz sample rate with Audacity, then converted to old format VOC with WAV2VOC, MacGober'd the new VOC, and the file was readable with Dark Forge and GobViewer.
