My server doesn't seem to like Internet Explorer... try using a download accelerator or a different browser to download the file, and it should work ok.
But I'll download it myself via FTP (I'm on vacation again, so I don't have it on this comp) and e-mail it to you too... what's your e-mail?

Does your friend limit your bandwidth usage? 
I've been searching (unsucessfuly) for a free hosting service, that allows for all file types, and decent bandwidth allotment. www.freewebs.com does all of those, except that they only allow 5MB/week of trasnsfer...
