This is the costume I want, but don't know how to make.

Actually, I'm a little jealous, since it's a scout trooper, and they look cool. As a person living in the real world, I'm not sure if that's now where I'd spend my money at this point... But hey! If you really want to get the armour, and you CAN get the armour, why not?

Oh, BTW, the smaller guy is my little brother, Matt. We went trick-or-treating together last year. I started him young on Star Wars.

Isn't he a little short for a stormtrooper?
(Sorry... the midichlorians made me do it)

Can there be a no comment poll?
I always thought that people who do cosplay have way too much time on their hands. But then again, we're not all that different from them aren't we?

Coincidentally, I don't remember ever hearing a first name for PurpleHaze.

Well, if you really wanted the armor... but isn't the cost of it enough for, say, a dedicated game server, or a good PC/Mac upgrade? THAT is what's more important, not the car...

Nope.
I'll leave it up to her to decide to reveal her secret identity or not.

Hey, that's true. I actually hadn't thought about it in a while. Some are more generally stable then others, but there's always the fact that they're here.
I found the name of a female Resnick, but whatever.

Um-Okay. That's seems kind of extreme.
They actually have a listing of people who dress up? Weird.

I'm not saying that anything's wrong with dressing up? I had plenty of dorky halloween costumes as a kid. I dressed up as Luke one year. One time I had a Super Mario costume that I made myself that kicked arse.

Necroposting to say this: You guys are freaks.
I can understand, to a limited degree, a suit of Armor from Aliens, because that was a kick arse movie and the pulse rifle makes it all worthwhile. But WANTING TO DRESS UP LIKE CANNON FODDER FROM A B-GRADE SCI-FI MOVIE?
Dork.

I guess I don't even want to touch that...
